riverblock The stone is scratched on both sides, and the third tier tassel (hangs from center) is missing. Should I return directly to you and close case? The tarnishing described is not bad at all, not noticeable except for clasp.

sarahx2439 @riverblock oh gosh I didn't realize the stone was scratch! I took a pic of it up close to make sure nothing was scratch. And before I ship I make sure all tassel was still in tact. Any chance it falling off during shipping? Do you see any tassel hang off from the package?

riverblock @sarahx2439 the tassel is no where to be found. Not in box or bag. I'll check again, but did not see it. I thought the scratches were smudges, but they wouldn't come off.

riverblock @sarahx2439 can you have the tassel repaired? I'm not sure if the scratches can be fixed, but they are not as noticeable. I'm happy to cover my own shipping to send it back to you.
