jennasambora Hi! Your rain boots were shipped. Same time as the Burberry sneakers on my page. But it’s showing shipment scan pending. This has happened way too often to items I’ve been shipping from a certain ups location. It’s super frustrating on both ends. I’m sorry and can promise you they have been shipped. Xoxo

jennasambora I have brought this to the managers attention at the ups location and they say it’s on the driver to scan it in and if they don’t or are lazy they wait for the distribution center to scan it in. It happened to a pair of 1000 YSL boots and I was freaking out for two days. Just reassuring you they have been shipped with all contents. !!! Xoxo
