Hi, I am sorry I have to contact you under these circumstances, but as you may or may not know, I have accidentally shipped you the incorrect item. I would like to rectify the problem, so both you and the other buyer receive the correct items ordered. If you open a case through Poshmark, we can hopefully get this issue resolved.

@delagila Good morning, thank you for your response. What you can do is open a case stating that you received the incorrect item. This is what the other person did. This way we can resolve the issue. I'm so sorry again for this mistake

Their response to me was not really helpful. Too long of a msg to send in this post. Please share with me your email and I will copy it to you

@delagila did you have the Poshmark app? If so, these are the steps 1. Go to My Purchases 2. Select the order/ purchase that is wrong 3. Select Problems/ Order inquiry 4. Select order not as described and state the problem that the wrong item was shipped 5. you can add a picture and submit your request. Hope this helps
