jana23x Hi, I am sorry I have to contact you under these circumstances, but as you may or may not know, I have accidentally shipped you the incorrect item. I would like to rectify the problem, so both you and the other buyer receive the correct items ordered. If you open a case through Poshmark, we can hopefully get this issue resolved.

jana23x @delagila Good morning, thank you for your response. What you can do is open a case stating that you received the incorrect item. This is what the other person did. This way we can resolve the issue. I'm so sorry again for this mistake

jana23x @delagila did you have the Poshmark app? If so, these are the steps 1. Go to My Purchases 2. Select the order/ purchase that is wrong 3. Select Problems/ Order inquiry 4. Select order not as described and state the problem that the wrong item was shipped 5. you can add a picture and submit your request. Hope this helps
