lovem3l @czkumisbayev Did you want to open a return case? Just go to your home page, than to "Purchases", click on this purchase, and below there's a "Problems/Order Inquiry" link. You can click, "Order not delivered" or the "order not describe" and it will open up a case. Let me know if you want to do it that way or if you want to wait to see if they'll respond to my email? I got an automatic response that they'll get back to me in 24 hours. I just dont want you to get stuck w/the item.

lovem3l The other buyer who was suppose to get the wedges, opened up a case using the return reason "Recieved incorrect item". This is to prevent release of payment on the third day.
