lucas813 Hi the heart belt could uae a little shine and i generally wash with Dawn soap cuz its gentle and it shines up jewelry and belts great. Because of all the charms to get it completely dry and packagable without harming the belt from missing some water i didnt give it my usual soapdown. Do that use a gentle soap and dry it really good with a dishtowel. it will become brighter again. I am sure of it.😀

lucas813 The gold will polish because it was stored in a box it is just from sitting there that it's shine appears faded. I guess this one i should have cleaned. what u do is wash with soap and water and run through your hands real good, rinse, and get a fresh dry i grab kitchen towel dry and dry each heart. go over it. sorry i didnt clean it for you. I didnt notice that it was not as bright but i didnt compare pictures to it now. and its still shiny and will clean up to the picture.
