Hi Christine, I want to assure you that your order was clean. The fuzz left on the rubber was from Clorox Bleach Wipes that I used to clean them and the faded silver was from scrubbing an old sticky tag off with acetone. My fault is being out of masking tape to remove the fuzzies. I am really sorry you weren’t 100% satisfied. Thanks again for shopping from my closet and have a nice weekend.
