The only thing I can think happened is that there have been many complaints recently of mail carriers smoking in the mail truck or while out delivering. angche Hi Christine. I am so sorry about the skort. I didnt see the rips when I recieved the skort, but maybe I missed them? I havent had a problem yet of damaged clothes, but I know from a wrong item event that you could send a pic to Poshmark and they can refund your money.

angche Actually, I dont know exactly how they do the refunds when they decide. On that one case I just sent the correct pair of jeans, but this is a little different.

izkayaker @angche I am just disappointed and I guess I will have to see if I can get a seamstress to fix the shorts portion with the tears. I really do not understand the posh process and it is just frustrating.

angche @izkayaker I think there is an option to open the case. They then ask for pics. Where were the tears on the lining? I am truly sorry:(. This was the first time in over a hundred orders I overlooked flaws:(
