popofcolors @chriscat1229 It has a tiny hole or snag near the waistband. It is not actually obvious if you wear it. But as a courtesy, I dont want to sell you something with damage. It is a cute spring/summer cute skirt. If you are still interested, I will post it again for a discounted price. Just let me know your decision. Thanks!
