So first of all the item is a size 16. You asked for measurements and I provided them for you! So that was not my issue. If the measurements didn’t match yours then you would have known before you purchased the item.
Second I stated Free Shipping For !BUNDLES! $50 & Over. You only purchased 1 item you did not bundle others. And if you saw you had to pay for shipping beforehand you should have asked before paying so I could explain or at least have offered you a discount.
