jrjr79 Hi Christine! My name is Jenn and you bought the Vince Camuto black heels from me last week. I just found out that another of my buyers recieved YOUR package yesterday, so I'm guessing you've probably recieved their package by now (a Burberry wristlet). I am SO sorry for this shipping mistake! I only had 2 packages going out that day so it looks like I accidentally switched the shipping forms.

jrjr79 @noniboomboom Thank you for letting me know! The next thing you can try is to go to "my purchases", then click on the shoes you bought, then tap where it says "problem/order inquiry" (something like that) and it will take you to a list of problems and you tap on "recieved the wrong item".

noniboomboom @jrjr79 I pulled it up on my phone. It’s only asking me to rate my purchase. I don’t want to do that yet. I screenshot it. But I can’t share it from my phone. I’ll check on my laptop. There is nothing in spam. No worries we will get it sorted out.

noniboomboom @jrjr79 I tried pulling it up and it gets to Order not as described but wont go further. I think its because of the dates. The date it was received at my office is beyond 72 hours. We are only allowed in the office certain days a week because of Covid so I do most of my office work at home right now & do mail pick up twice a week. I did find an email stating there was an issue but no return label is attached.

How do you feel about that? I did email Poshmark and it says I may have a response in 24 hours but tomorrow is Sunday....
