cweimer48 @southofsixpines I have not. I sent them another message yesterday. I’m sorry that this happened. I’m not sure how or when the box was damaged. The box was not outside more than 15-20min and the ground wasn’t wet or anything. I’m not sure if there is anything you can do with the post office depending on how it was sent.

southofsixpines @cweimer48 yes, this is my first experience with this type of thing. I emailed Posh also. Waiting to hear from them. I'm curious what the process of this is. I am so sorry this happened. Those were such nice sweaters!! I'm hoping I can file a claim with USPS. I also hope everything goes smoothly...for the both of us! Would you mind keeping the box as is? Just incase I need it? Again, I'm so sorry this happened...to the BOTH of us!

bessiebray HI Christine, I checked with the post office we are changing letter carrier at this time, the letter carrier didn't scan the package it will be delivered eventually, they said, the one good of this you will get your money returned if they don't deliver, again I am sorry for this problem.
