emass29 You recently purchased an Ann Taylor cardigan from me, which shipped today. I realized when packaging your item one of the grey pearl button covers must have popped off as I found it on my table. I will mail it out to you tmrw in an envelope so you can glue it over the existing button. I have no idea how this happened, but it looks like it has a flat back so should be an easy fix but my SINCEREST apologies.
