coleymack Hi! I just saw your comment on the item. I’m very very confused as well. That was a new with tags never worn item... I packed it in the box myself. I would love to see what happened to the item so I can contact either Poshmark or the postal office. Please text me pictures of the item 408-466-6935. I’ve never had this happened before and I’ve always gotten 5 star reviews. Just trying to figure out what happened

claireetc94 Hi Christine, I just saw your comment on the item purchased. I apologize for not getting back with you the day you sent your offers. Due to clinicals, I only check Poshmark at the end of my work day if I have time. The booties how you received them, are exactly how I received them. A size 6 is too small for me, I can assure you they have not been worn. Is there any way you could send me pictures of the scuffs you see on the boots?

It's really the exterior and bottom of the shoes that I have concerns about. I can definitely send over pictures! Let me know where you'd like them sent and I'll do it as soon as I can.
