outer_awesome @xoxocj33 From “my Sales” u can see the item. U can click on pic of item ( might take several pages) until u get to item with “Sold@?at bottom. Use comment field, tag them using @(buyers closet name) and then write what u want, I also keep my customers up to date entire shipping process. Or u can click on buyers closet name from my sales page and leave the comments on their page.

outer_awesome Or u will also get a note in ur news feed saying someone bought. Left side is buyers picture, right is your item. U can click these icons to get to either buyers comment page under “ about Posher” or ur item icon to get to ur item and send comment there . always us the “@“ symbol to tag buyer or it won’t go to their new feed. Hope this helps. If u get stuck as u r doing it... send me a question😊

outer_awesome I can’t remember off top of head but sometimes it doesn’t go straight to ur item page, I think it goes back to sales page... just keep clicking icon of ur item and will eventually get there to send message under comments, right under item description. Or u can go to ur closet, find item with “Sold” on it, click to open and again, send comment under comment field under item description. Hope I didn’t confuse more. I can walk u thru step by step if I want when u go to do for first time👍
