Per tracking, there was a notice left, and if there if item is not picked up at post office by Nov. 22nd, the item will be returned on Nov.23rd. itschristine03 @tinymomentos hi! Sorry I’m new to this and still learning how to use it. I saw the notification today that it says it was delivered. However I haven’t received it. I’ll check when I get home hopefully it’s there. I had requested usps to redeliver I hope they do! I want these booties! I don’t know what else to do on my end. I even put a note on my request to please leave it even if not one was there I authorized them to leave the package

tinymomentos @itschristine03 - Hello! Yes, I noticed that you were able to schedule a redelivery on 11/15 to be delivered by 11/16. Per USPS tracking number, there has been no delivery yet, it still says it's "IN TRANSIT". If you could, I would recommend you call your local postal office to check in on the status of the package. Please update me on whether or not it was delivered, because at this moment USPS.com indicates it has not been delivered. :o( Really hoping it gets to you soon! Z' @TinyMomentos

itschristine03 @tinymomentos hi there. Nothing yet. I’m super bummed. And I tried calling the post office. 1 hr and 40 minute hold time. I actually waited for 38 minutes and I couldn’t anymore. I have not idea where the package is. Help!! Who can help!! I just want my booties! It still says in transit.

tinymomentos @itschristine03 - Hello! Sorry, this is happening. :o( I would probably head to the nearest post office to your home and see what has happened. The tracking does still indicate "in transit", which seems odd if you indicated the package to be delivered by 11/16. I will do some digging on my part and see what I can find. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. Please keep me updated! Z'

itschristine03 @tinymomentos the package was cancelled. I’m so so sad. I really wanted these boots they are the cutest thing ever. What happens now? Does the package find its way back to you? They refunded me. But i don’t want the money I want those booties 😭

tinymomentos @itschristine03 - Hello Christine - Yes, I saw that PM resolved the issue last night. They have both reimbursed us. The package has been deemed "lost". No - idea what happened. :o/ I'm sorry this happened!!! I actually just had the same thing happen to me - such a bummer! Please check your account it should show that you have been reimbursed the money for the booties.
