dsing In regards to the FIGS Tote Bag: My apologies. When originally listed Poshmark tells you how much would be made from this item. It deducted approximately $6+ from the listing price with the information that shipping was around this much listed underneath. Naturally I assumed. Unfortunately, to my surprise after you purchased the item Poshmark took nearly $10 from the listing price... apparently as a large surcharge I did not know about.

dsing Unfortunately, I do not know how to change this unless you are able to cancel the purchase whereas I can change and remove the cost of shipping from the listing price (since apparently I'm being charged a large service fee instead). At which point you are encouraged to re-purchase the item.

mackenzievs888 @dsing poshmark takes a 20% service charge on any item that you are selling since you are using their platform. This does not include shipping as the shopper is paying for the shipping unless using the offer button, which I tried to explain before.

dsing @cgillis360 I'm going to ship the item today. If for some reason you do not want me to do this just let me know. I do want to get the item to you of course, but I've looked into it and there's no quick easy fix. Poshmark does have a Protection Policy whereas if you claim to not have recieved the item they will fully refund you. Otherwise, I am gladly willing to pay you back for shipping through v.e.n.m.o. My apologies again.

kjeffries68 @cgillis360 if you want to add another photo to a listing you can open up the listing and up in the right hand corner hit the edit option. From there you can add new photos to your listing.
