Hi! I sold you the tea length dress, and i have no idea what could have happened with the zipper. I review all of my items before I ship. It wasnt broken when i sent it, but I'll be happy to return it if you make a request to do so as long as you can update the rating for me. I take pride in my sales and would have never knowingly shipped it damaged. I'm so sorry!

@babyjane43 Hi! Thank you for your willingness to accept the dress back. The zipper got stuck when I was trying to zip it down to try on..and when I tried to zip it back up it didn’t zip properly (the zipper split). I will be happy to change my review. I’m sorry for missing the deadline to give my feedback sooner. I was out of town when the dress was delivered. Thanks again!

@sunnyca624 no problem at all, and I'm so so sorry that this happened! Yes, I'm not sure how to do it at this point, but I'm glad to accept a return with Poshmark however it can be done :-)

@sunnyca624 if you would prefer a $20 refund to get the dress fixed on your own, I'd be happy to do that as well. Just let me know if you prefer to return it for a full refund or do the partial refund and get it fixed. Again, I'm so sorry! This is such a gorgeous dress and I hate that this happened!

@sunnyca624 yes, poshmark will send you a label at no charge to you. You normally have to put in a request before you accept it and give a rating, so I'm not exactly sure how to do it from this point. If you contact support, they should help you, and I'm glad to comply!
