rustella Hi Christine, I’m sorry I’m getting back so late, it would not let me answer your question and I forgot to go to your page. I made a mistake and they are actually a 25. They were too big around the waist but the legs have a lot of stretch. I’m going to lay them out for measurements and add a video to show the stretch they have.
