merdalonka Hi Christine, zhsnk you gor the purchase of the lipstick. Unfortunately, I have send you a shoes that other lady purchased by an accident. Please cancel your order, I will send you your lipstick for free anyway, but please send me back those shoes, or maybe you can send them zo her directly? I really don't know what to do. I did contacted Poshmart, but I'm waiting for their replay. I'm very sorry for this situation. Magdalena

christinebari @merdalonka postmark told me to mark the item delivered was not correct- so I did that. I don’t really have the option to mail something as I am home bound with no car.

christinebari Hi Catnip - I did write an in depth complaint about the bag as it was NOT described accurately as a knock off; a poor quality bag that smelled horribly of chemicals and had strange markings on it. I meant to return it but unfortunately hit the Resell Button by mistake. I wouldn’t sell that bag to anyone. It’s possible you also were unaware of it being an illicit copy, so I haven’t complained on the public site. You may want to research luxury items before you sell them. Best Wishes- Christine

christinebari Merdalonka- as I mentioned I do not have a car. I also do not feel comfortable shipping a package that I Did NOT purchase or PACK- in fact I believe it may be illegal to do so for national safety reasons! Despite this I was able to take an UBER to the POST OFFICE and attempt a RETURN TO SENDER. I will be advising POSHMARK of this incident as I felt very much harassed to RETURN UNKNOWN CONTENTS in the US MAIL.
