freckled_salmon Hi I see you rated your item poorly because you haven’t received it. The tracking through Poshmark says that it has been delivered and it won’t let me see anything else. You should reach out to poshmark or use the tracking number they supplied you to check it’s location. If the item was in fact lost in transit then I know poshmark will reimburse you.

freckled_salmon @chrisperrone so it shipped USPS, that is the only service poshmark uses. Again they should be able to supply you with that shipping info since poshmark does all of that on behalf of the seller. Have you opened a ticket through posh mark

freckled_salmon @chrisperrone I found your tracking number it is 9405510202061003872074. According to posh it was deliver but on the usps site it says it is still in transit. I am unsure why this is and why poshmark said it had arrived but I would definitely reach out to them. They should at the very least reimburse you for the shipping since it was 2 day air and did not arrive in that time.

freckled_salmon @chrisperrone hi I can only see your comments when you tag me in them. I have not received any updates from poshmark regarding this item. You need to contact them as it would seem at this point that the item is lost. They can give you a refund, I am unable to do that on my end as poshmark controls all of this. You need to be in contact with them, not me, as all I can do is look at the tracking number

freckled_salmon Please stop negatively rating me as I have done everything I can from reporting to posh mark and attempting to track the item. I have very little control over this and you need to contact poshmark directly to get this resolved.

freckled_salmon Individual sellers are not able to provide refunds or track items after they have been sent. This is a poshmark issue

chrisperrone @freckled_salmon I have put the charge into dispute I have been to the post office AND I have contacted Poshmark to which the 5 star rating you asked me to change was a problem because they think I received the item and love it and I didnt . If and when I receive this item I will gladly change the rating back.

freckled_salmon @chrisperrone as I have explained to you. I cannot do anything just like you. I have contacted poshmark several times on your behalf. Now you are harming my business when I have done nothing but attempted to help. You should not have rated it in the first place if you did not in fact receive it. I am going to contact poshmark again because I want to help but please do not be rude to me. I am not poshmark and not the post office. I did everything as I was supposed to.

freckled_salmon @chrisperrone I absolutely do, it’s not a small purchase by any means which is why I want to do anything I can, and have. I will let you know as soon as I hear from poshmark but in the meantime I encourage you to continue contacting them so that we get their attention. I apologize for saying you were being rude and appreciate you for clearing that up. Messaging can definitely be ambiguous at times.

chrisperrone @freckled_salmon I went today and they have consumer affairs involved now. They are saying it never left the post office and that you should go file a complaint because if you insured it and paid for like you did you can file a claim and get your money back

freckled_salmon @chrisperrone I don’t know if they will pay me back because the shipping is coordinated by posh mark. But I also checked my last correspondence with poshmark and they told me I should hear back tomorrow by the latest with any new updates on the package. So hopefully we can get you your money back soon.
