christinestedma @macyday14 just wondering if a lot of people really buy stuff on here. So far I’ve had a lot of people following but no one is buying. Does it take awhile to make a sale? I feel like I have nice things and good prices. Just curious how this works.

rosemaryjuniper @christinestedma You definitely amass followers very quickly on this site! It doesn’t always translate to more sales. The key is to consistently list to keep your closet active, share a few times a day, and send out offers to likers. Sharing keeps your listings at the top of the search pages! If you have good, quality items that are priced competitively based off of comps, you’ll do just fine 🤗 I don’t think I made my first sale for at least a few weeks after I listed my first items.

christinestedma @macyday14 hi Macy. I contacted you when I first started on this site last month when I had questions and you were helpful. Now I have another question. Have you ever had a problem getting your money? I recently made my first couple of sales and it’s been a week since items were delivered but my status to redeem comes up “in process “. I’ve reached out to PoshMark but not getting much help so far. What has your experience been like as far as getting paid?

christinestedma @macyday14 not sure what you mean by cash out. I asked for direct deposit and it’s not in my bank. When I go to balance / redemption it just says “status in process “. Is there something I don’t understand about cashing out. I thought when I gave my bank info it would be directly deposited. I hate to sound so dumb but I really appreciate your help. Thank you for that!

rosemaryjuniper @christinestedma it could be that it is still establishing or verifying your bank. Poshmark is notoriously slow on customer service, so they’ll get back to you. But only send one email! Every new email puts you back at the end of the line.
