Hi @sofullofchic and @hlofton It looks like I put the wrong shipping labels on the packages. I haven't messed this up before, do you know how it's fixed? like can I purchase a shipping label for each of the items to go the the correct person?

@csweir hi, is there any other sales you might’ve mixed up? Because I haven’t received the other ladies item.. she said she ordered a wristlet. If you shipped them out at the same time, I most likely would’ve gotten her item by now. Plus my tracking info still says ‘awaiting shipment’ if the package was delivered it would’ve been updated. I told the other buyer to contact posh too. I’m not sure what they’ll do. I will comment here if I get any new info.

@csweir I think posh would just have us print the correct labels and have us mail each other the right item, but like I said I haven’t gotten anything. :( did you happen to get a receipt from the post office when you shipped them both?

@hlofton You only have 3 days to report a problem after the item is delivered. If you didn’t do that, they release the payment to her. Your ‘purchase’ is probably showing up as ‘delivered’ because you didn’t report an issue. Unless if Poshmark steps in and corrects it.

If she put the wristlet in a package with my address on it, it would’ve shown up on her tracking and my tracking as sent/delivered for my purchase. My tracking info has always said ‘awaiting shipment’ so nothing has been sent, tracked, delivered, etc.
I’m over it. 🤷🏻♀️ I canceled my order, and hopefully you get refunded.

@sofullofchic, I got a message from poshmark via email about the shoes, so it looks like they are working on it. I'm sure people send the wrong things to people all the time, they should have a process in place.

@hlofton we can solve this through Poshmark. Can you please report a problem with your order? Because you've already accepted the wristlet as delivered, it won't let me cancel anything or release the payment, but maybe there is something you can do on your end?

@csweir I have not accepted the shoes that I have... they say delivered because the postman left them on my front porch... I suppose the wristlet says delivered too because the postman left them at whatever address was in on the box. I did report a problem to Posh but I did not do it within 3 days because I was waiting for you to respond to my messages. May I suggest you turn your notifications back on until we resolve this issue.

Hey @hlofton Yes, I got an email from Poshmark today at 10:30am it says: "Thank you for the email. At this time, we will move forward with resolving the case for the buyer."

@csweir they offered me a $50 posh credit and that I could keep the black keds. I emailed them back and said I was not agreeable with that offer. They said to respond with my answer. Do you have no way of knowing who you possibly sent my wristlet to? Has no one else contacted you that they got the wrong item.

@hlofton the only person it could have been shipped to is the person who bought the shoes, so if she hasn’t received it then it must be lost. I didn’t fulfill any other orders during that time period

@csweir hey, I was trying to explain that if you sent me a box/package/anything with my address on it, then you would’ve seen tracking info on your sale, and I would’ve received tracking for my purchase. Does that make sense? (doesn’t matter if it was the wrong item, it would’ve still tracked shipping) So the fact that it was never processed means the post office must not have ever scanned it, or shipped it. Maybe go to that post office & see if they misplaced it. I’m just trying to help.

I think the post office must have some sort of insurance for lost packages. Maybe you used the wrong box/they lost it/couldn’t scan the shipping label/etc etc etc. I think your best bet would be to contact the post office you dropped the items off at, and ask if they can help.

OMG yes, @sofullofchic this was very helpful, you made me realize that there was no tracking on the package, so maybe it wasn't shipped in the first place, so I looked in my closet, and there it was, the wristlet I had completely convinced myself I had already shipped! @hlofton I apologize for forgetting to ship the wristlet and completely convincing myself that I had. I realize that this has taken up your time and you had to contact Poshmark for this and I am sorry.
