@christine0_555 you have to contact Poshmark supportand explain what happened. I’ve been back and forth with them and they said for customers to be in touch with the, directly. I’ve sent them screen shots of your order. So bizarre. They’re lost somewhere in Canada post land. I’m so sorry this has happened and wish there was something more I could do. If you ever want to purchase anything else from me, I’ll give you a big discount. Hope they arrive eventually.

Hi Christine! Just wanted to let you know I shipped your Frank & Oak jacket on Saturday (1 day after purchase). For some reason it still says pending shipment scan but I tracked on Canada Post and it says in transit. Already flagged this to Poshmark as well!
