Hey @claynec Poshmark temporarily suspended my account for not shipping the shoes in the correct time frame.. even though we’re dealing with an exchange of the items. I emailed them to reinstate my account so I can get the exchange taken care of and get a new label to ship your boots. I’m so sorry for the confusion. I can’t find a number for Posh to ask what to do, but I did email them, explaining that I’m in quarantine and that I had let you know/apologized. I will also call the post office when they open.
