thisnthat0709 I think the reason why your were charged full price and not the sale is because it was a direct purchase. In order to get the discounted rate on a sale you have to bundle your items and make an offer for the sale amount. I realized this wasn’t plainly stated anywhere so I made a listing on my closet with instructions on how to do that but I do see where that can get lost when you’re scrolling through to look at items.

thisnthat0709 I thought it was confusing as well and have since switched to just a percentage off so that it’s automatically calculated. Now for options to resolve this. The first would be for you to return the items for a full refund and I could re sale them to you at the discounted rate.

thisnthat0709 The second option would be for you to select another item from my closet ($10 value or less) and we could send it to you for free and cover the shipping. If you choose this option just let me know what item you want so I can remove it from my page so nobody else tries to buy it lol
