shieldsfam5 @csarge6461 hi, so the 3 star is a little harsh being that the item left in perfect condition . I’m sorry the item was delivered in that shape but I don’t feel it’s my fault at all. I had the coat in a plastic bag that was taped and than placed in the box. ( which was in perfect condition when I shipped) the coat was in perfect condition when it left my home.

shieldsfam5 @csarge6461 However, because you received it damaged you should have taken that up with Usps. Not leave me a 3 star. That kills my ratings and the issue was out of my hands. Plus, you got a killer deal! I work really hard at this job and reviews mean a lot to me.
