katieerway @martin16339 , Hello- I just realized this item was still in my closet from a long while back. I got rid of it as abdominal binders generally are not the best way to handle postpartum core recovery. I wore one for my first pregnancy, but would not suggest it now.

katieerway @martin16339 I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Core Exercise solutions Pregnancy & Postpartum corrective exercise specialist. Unless you are using a binder to help alleviate chronic pain, they can cause mismanaged intra abdominal pressure and core and pf dysfunction.
