@paolinic hi Christine, hope all is well! Keeping you posted: I called USPS again and they say not to worry but I also contacted Poshmark support just in case. I had this happen before, it took 2 weeks after pick-up for the package to get delivered, but it did show up after all. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks for your patience! I really would like to understand why sometimes the mail takes so much longer than expected... Afffffff!

@paolinic you can track the info through the Poshmark app. When I call USPS on the phone they say they have the same info as online... so sad, no changes. Poshmark did write me back and said that if it did not get updated by tomorrow that they would take care of it, so I'm in touch with them too. Sorry I didn't forget about you, was just waiting til tomorrow.

@paolinic this is the 2nd time I see a big delay in over 100 shipments. The other one appeared on the last day. Worst case scenario I think there's insurance on the package. I'm sad because it's such a pretty ring I was looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it :(

@paolinic the only other time it happened before the package showed up on the last day. I think what happens now is Poshmark makes an insurance claim on the package. I'm thinking we both get taken care of, since the item was lost in transit. I haven't heard back from them yet but I'll keep you posted.

@paolinic I just got news that they processed the package as lost, they said they are: "refunding your buyer as part of the protection we provide each of our users." So they took care of both of us at least we know we can shop with confidence here. Sad that such a pretty ring got lost, I'd still give it some time maybe it will appear, otherwise you're always welcome to shop again once your refund goes through hehe 😉 thanks for your patience and understanding!

@theoscoulture Hi. I see that you still only have 1 share. Try this....to share other poshers items to your followers... go to the listing that you wish to share and then tap on the 'Share' button. The shared listing will now appear in the feed & can be viewed by all your followers. To share your own items... tap on the item you want to share and tap share, this will give u the option to share. If you're still having trouble, Google "how to share on poshmark" & u should find info.
