vicarosheek @ccotterman Usually when someone sells a watch on Poshmark they usually mention if it lacks a battery or not. I bought it under the expectation that it was both operational and ready to wear. As the buyer, I didn't have time throughout the course of the week to evaluate if the battery was why it wasn't working, so I had to return it.

ccotterman @vicarosheek You're welcome! I honestly didn't even notice that it needed a battery until right before I sent it out to you. I rarely ever took it out of the box, and the first time I did in forever was when I took pictures to list it.

vicarosheek @jae1804 I sent both messages early yesterday. Poshmark probably hasn't responded as of yet based on it being the weekend. The seller might as well cancel since cancellation and refund can happen after not shipping within 7 days.

vicarosheek @jae1804 Lol...same here, but some people don't want to sell J's, just fake dreams of getting a good price. Don't worry. You'll get your money back. All that "contacting your bank and waiting 3 weeks" is total crap. Poshmark controls your funds, not "it". Poshmark has policies in place where they probably will have to let the Not shipping within 7 days thing to pay out before the refund actually happens. Who knows. If enough people are complaining, they might do it faster.

vicarosheek @jae1804 In all likely hood yes. According to policy. What usually happens is if the seller doesn't ship within 7 days of the transaction, you the buyer can cancel the order. Your funds return a few days afterwards.
