stayfreshkickz @chris17watt I’m not quite sure, I don’t know why they cancelled it. I always contact poshmark with things like this. I would suggest reaching out to posh and describing the situations. In the meantime, I will hold onto your items until I hear back from you as this does not seem very fair to you. I’ll contact posh as well on your behalf

Frustrated. It is the weekend and they have limited staff at my bank. They have assured everything is good, but obviously they are wrong. I really appreciate you working with me.

stayfreshkickz Hey bud, so I had this problem last week. The weight of your items will exceed any possible poshmark shipping no option and I ended up having to pay $45 out of my own account to cover shipping and lost a bunch of money. If you can spilt the bundles up as evenly as possible at $220 each, it will save us both some Money and allow the items To get To u quicker than if it was a 14-15lb delivery.....make sense??

stayfreshkickz @chris17watt ok so here’s the deal. I had an almost exactly similar deal last week and due to the weight of all the items posh suggested I cancel offer and have customer split into two purchases, but I didn’t want to do that to avoid any unneeded stress on my customers. Unfortunately,’it resulted in me paying $40 for shipping out of my own pocket with no response from Poshmark on how they would fix it and not a single response.

stayfreshkickz @chris17watt I greatly appreciate that sentiment but when the decision is to make a large deal and lose a couple bucks (while hopefully having the customer recognize and be appreciative), I’m ok with that, had I known he would have been a total dick and never once even dropped a thank u and posh never repsponded to any of my 4 messages, I would never have done it. I’m happy to give of myself to those that are appreciative, cause it’s so few far between these days
