gmc72 I was packing the Ralph Lauren jacket stripe jacket u purchased and noticed that there are 2 small holes on the bottom portion on back bottom vent. U can’t see it when jacket is on because top flap of vent covers it , but visible when lift top. Don’t know how to show u picture of it. Do you still want it or do you want to cancel order ?

cburty @cmateljan As the description CLEARLY describes the item as blue, there is no excuse for you thinking it was purple. Perhaps for your future reference you should pay closer attention to the items description instead of relying on your eyes. Pictures matched item exactly.

maggiejenx We received the jeans back. While we strive to make sure all customers are happy we are disappointed that you would knowingly take advantage of us for your mistake. The plastic bag we sent the jeans in was very clearly cut with scissors or some sharp object which is what caused the jeans to have a slice in the leg. The cut in the material is a perfect slice which only scissors or a knife could have done. Enjoy the refund but please refrain from buying anything of ours moving forward. Thanks
