I don't love it when people use my photos because I am the one who put the work into them, but also you could have just taken them and I may have never known ya know? So anyway yeah it's OK to use those. (Side note, you may know this already since you're an experienced seller but if you're using someone else's photos, you should put up a clear note that they are not photos of the actual item you are selling.)
