You opened a case for your purchase of my Clarks shoes I wish you would have contacted me if you were not satisfied I get a vague email saying it was not as described and I know I sent it out as pictured please clarify

@estrianna I loved the shoes but they're not a 7 1/2 they're a 7 1/2M which is too narrow for me. They also have a white spot on the left shoe so I added that too but the main reason was the size.
