I would really love to purchase the items I made an offer for and I am trying to make it reasonable for used items but i have a budget my husband gave for no more than 30$ and I know we keep going back and forth and you are still firm with the $25 but could I at least offer you $23.50 to stay under the 30 since shipping is almost 7$ ?
