christysthrifty @indiemarieco oh I'm so excited for your hair journey! Things I do that may help: I don't wash daily (maybe once a week). I trim it every few months. I haven't found a shampoo/conditioner I really love yet, but I do stick to vegan-friendly and cruelty-free formulas. And I eat plant-based!
