christyclinton @nemeckathleen the only thing I know to do is return the wallet. If you want to do that all you have to do is go to your purchases, then underneath your rating you’ll see Problems/Order inquiry. Choose that then select order not as described. Then you can follow the prompts from there. I’m not sure what to do other than that. I don’t know how to put the zipper pull back on or who could do it. I’m so sorry!

nemeckathleen I wondered if you had another zipper pull? Or if Patricia Nash would have another zipper pull. Because I really love the tooling of the wallet. I love it but having half of a pull and the other piece broke off. The only thing is in shipping if the machines they use broke zipper pull. Let me think about it. I said I accepted it. I just wonder if Patricia Nash have another pull.
