christylee349 @afrith They hold large packages at the local post office. They will not leave at my residence. With my work schedule and their short operating hours, it is sometimes difficult to get packages. I was able to get someone to pick or up for me yesterday, and get it to me last night. I accepted the order this morning.

heavenlee35 Chrissy I sent you the wrong package sweetie!! A mistake was made and other buyer got your dress and you got her potholder towel. When you receive it ask poshmark to send you a shipping return label and hey will reimburse you he money for the dress so sorry this happend

heavenlee35 @christylee349 hi hun I have never had this issue either what you have to do is open a case and poshmark will send you a return shipping label and you will be reimbursed your money once I get the item back and yes she is suppose to return as well cause she had to open a case as well I will repost on my page for sale and you can purchase again . Sorry about all this as I had a lot of packages that day I feel horrible about it .

Print it out place towel in box shop back and as soon as I get the dress back from the other woman who may I add was beyond rude and extremely nasty to me I will let you know and we can go from there I will give you a big discount as well ! I am beyond sorry sweetie

She in return will be sending you the dress!! I’m so sorry she’s very harsh and is demanding .... towards me! Make sure to place it in a priority flare rate envelope from post office they are free and this will not cost you anything as everything is paid for all you have to do is drop off at postoffice

heavenlee35 Hi Chrissy thank you for sending the towel to the woman who ordered it!! I have since tried to message her but she blocked me so I could ask her to please mail you your dress! So I messaged poshmark this evening and explained to them that she blocked me and that she is still in possession of the dress you bought and how she has since received the towel and if they could ask to to ship it or charge her for the dress and reimburse you... I’m not really sure what poshmark does

heavenlee35 @christylee349 okay I am so so sorry yes it shows on my end they canceled the order... I think it’s bullshit that she gets to keep a dress outta pure spite!! They apparently emailed her multiple times and asked her to ship and she would not respond to poshmark either... wish I could fix this as I know this was a gift my deepest apologies again I have not had this happen before and feel horrible

It’s all good I was only going to get a 3.00 payment after poshmark takes there percentage so I wasn’t really worried I was more concerned that you received the dress!! Poshmark will reimburse the money to you and you will get to keep the dress as a inconvenience that’s why all sales are protected by poshmark
