What you'll do is click on the listing and on the bottom right there is a box that says (price drop) when you click on that, it will give you 2 options. The top one is to edit your price and make it public to everyone or the bottom one...where you can offer a private discount to all likers.

find_seekeying @wst_chrsty I usually do the first percentage and then work my way down because you'll also have to offer discounted shipping there as well (I usually do the one where I offer $4.99 shipping) because the difference will come out of your earnings.
