I’m trying to navigate and figure it out, but not really understanding. -How do I know when someone has reached out and messaged me about an item? Is it trough the news feed? Because there, I just have a lot of “Followers” messages. -Also, how do parties work? Am I supposed to add my items on there? -Sorry, I have more questions. But that can start them :) thank you

gigioscloset @christinalfrost at the top of your news feed you have categories, there you can select to see only the comments, or likes or offers etc. Once you have your listings up you can share them to the various parties if they fall into the category of that specific party.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost messaging someone that likes your item is not really something that you would do. If they ask you a question you would answer. That would happen on your listing and you will get a notification that they asked something if you have notifications turned on on your phone.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost yes the offers would be if someone made you an offer, you can also see the offers you’ve made on an item/s if you have made any in offers.

I know all selling places are different, I just usually hear from people faster. I just didn’t know if I was doing it right. :) Or if there was a better way of doing it? Thank you. gigioscloset @christinalfrost you can share your items to the parties and share a few times a day normally to your followers. Share other peoples items as well so they can come and share yours back. That would get your items more exposure.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost good morning, once you sell an item on poshmark the money will be charged and held by Poshmark until your buyer receives the item. If someone is trying to have you take the transaction off poshamrk this is a scam.

Also, someone said that they do not know how to buy my item separately because they are all bundled on one listing? Am I supposed to post everything separately? Thank you.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost that is an option to use as payment when you are trying to buy something but you can not accept it as a payment when you are selling something. All transactions go through Poshmark so they take care of payment, you don’t have to worry about that.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost you don’t do anything, if someone wants to buy something they will either make an offer or buy it straight up. You will get a notification on your phone and an email that you have sold it with directions on what to do next and a shipping label.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost do you remember her user name? If you go into your news and comment section you should be able to find her and although your listing is no longer there if you find her you can message her on one of her listings.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost you can still contact her on her sold listings. Just comment on any of her listings and she will get it. You can also tag her in your listing by adding her name in the beginning of your message —example- @gigioscloset (that’s my user name) and then write whatever you want.

christinalfrost @gigioscloset I am trying to post items in the “home” se toon but when I go to that tab and try to list a sell item it still gives me details for “women’s clothing”. Is there a way to post an item through the home for it to prompt “home” questions about the sale item? Same thing for children’s clothing. Thank you.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost best way to make sales is to share each listing a couple of times a day preferably during the Posh Parties. Share other peoples items as well so they can share back yours to all of their followers. Once you have a bunch of likes on your listings send out private offers (you should always leave room in your pricing to be able to send offers).

christinalfrost @gigioscloset I came across something. I liked someones items and I received a notification saying they “bundled for me”? The items I liked she sent to me as a bundle and then offered a certain amount for shipping. How do I do that? Thank you.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost when you go to a persons closet look up at the right hand corner. There you will see a little shopping bag icon. Once you press that you must then press the three little dots that are on the right hand corner and then switch to sell view. Once you are in sell view you can see all of their likes and add to their bundle. If you are having trouble look it up on YouTube so you can get a visual.

christinalfrost @gigioscloset so...question :) the items they put in their bundle will only be there for 24 hours right? After that though, it is gone from their bundle right? Is there a way to push it? To get them to hopefully buy faster? Sorry, I just want to make sure I don’t do things I’m not supposed to. Thank you.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost the items will stay in their bundle until they remove them if they wish to do so. The offer you or they send expires in 24 hours. Once the offer expires you can offer a lower price if you wish. There is nothing you can do to push someone to buy something other than make them an offer.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost that means that they liked your item but then unliked it. Some people like items by mistake and other like items but then decide they no longer like them so they unlike them.

christinalfrost @gigioscloset I sold 3 items a moment ago but have a few questions. They are all fragile and can’t go in one box. I received the shipping label in my email. However, there is only one of them and I have 3 items that need to be shipped separately. Also, it is only for up to 5 lbs. these items will be more than 5lbs. How does that work? Thank you

gigioscloset @christinalfrost were the 3 items purchased in a bundle? That would be the only way to get one label. You would need to update the shipping weight on the label and pay extra for shipping in order to ship anything over 5 lbs.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost to upgrade the shipping weight you must go into your sales then press on the transaction and towards the bottom press on “need new shipping label” them on the next screen choose the option that says something about the weight.. can’t remember exactly what it is but it’s self explanatory. Then you choose the weight you need to upgrade to. Then they will send you a new label, make sure to use the new one and not the old one.

gigioscloset @christinalfrost there no way to get 3 labels if she purchased by bundling. The idea of bundling is so that she pays one shipping fee- hence one shipping label.. otherwise she would have to make 3 separate purchases and pay shipping 3 different times.

christinalfrost @gigioscloset Thank you. When I went to go add more weight to the items...it shows $3.99 for 6lbs. I just want to make sure. Does that mean 6 extra on top of the 5 they pay for? Or does that mean all together it only worth 6lbs, which means I would be paying $3.99 for 1 lb? Thank you
