I had another bag purchased on the same day and printed out the wrong shipping label. I’m so sorry! If you report the problem when you receive it, they will give you a shipping label to send it back to me. I will make sure I get the correct one shipped to you soon. I’m sorry! lucaandolivia I don’t know how to report this. I tried but they are asking for a picture and I don’t know how to do this. I am happy to return the bag sent but please confirm that you have shipped the correct bag that I purchased and please send a return label. Thank you
