treasuredsoul Hi Christy- I dropped your package off at the PO and realized there was an error in my listing. This bag did not come w/a crossbody strap from Fossil. I may have jerry-rigged a strap of some kind at one time, which I can send to you if you like, but the bag has nothing formal to attach a strap to. I am so sorry about my mistake and will happily give you a refund or send you the substitute strap.

treasuredsoul It can attach at the side, which is workable, if not ideal. You can also wait until you get the bag and decide then whether to take possession. Because of this mistake, regardless of what you decide, I would like you to have a 20% discount off any item in my closet. Again, I am so very sorry. I will leave it up to you to decide how you want to handle this😕🙁☹️🥰♥️
