I notified Poshmark of the error. They should have sent you an email with a shipping label to return the item to me. They will refund your payment and when I get your bag back from the person who ordered the bralette, we can re-do the sale. This is a first for me as well. I believe the purse is with my held mail as I was out of town.

@csosa77 no worries. I will get you the purse! I’m not sure how Poshmark does it. Go to the purchase and click on either problem with delivery or contact Poshmark Customer Service. They should respond. They sent a return shipping label to the woman who got your purse! I’m dealing with losing my job, moving and trying to do too much! I’m sorry this happened! We will fix it!

@csosa77 Poshmark just emailed me. I gave them your username and the order numbers from both packages. I told them you needed instructions on how to return it and then you want the purse you actually bought. Let’s give them 24 hours to get in touch with you. If they don’t, I will do the send along with a return label for the other. I have to make sure I have your address. I’m looking for that now in my emails.
