Poshmark will send u a shipping label to send the item back,either to me or the actual buyer! Pls keep an eye out 4 that shipping label & let me know when they send it & when the item is on it's way! I appreciate your assistance w/helping me rectify this situation,take a look at my closet & if there's anything you like priced at $10 I send it along w/your order on Monday!

Looks like PM has identified that the shipment was sent to you instead but it has that your boots are shipped which isn't accurate but I'm guessing that's how they track their orders..

Since we both haven’t heard anything from Poshmark’s support center, I emailed the CEO. Lol! Not something I would usually do, but if I were the CEO of a major company, I would like to hear from my consumers. I would also like to know where there are discrepancies in my business. Especially with my support team.
