goth @chrysblovesjoe yeah, after I reported the person that scammed me. I had multiple people try to contact me and tell me to text them for another Apple Watch. That’s awful that happened. I put the purchase on my credit card and my credit card company was able to get the money back for me.

chrysblovesjoe @goth I’m so glad you are able to get your money back. I feel so violated. Anyone that is saying contact them by cell I’m just reporting. I think it’s a burner phone and probably the same person. I actually texted the person and told them they were a scumbag and I was reporting them. Of course no response. But i also tried requesting my money back and of course they denied it. I’m so upset with myself. I know better than this.

goth @chrysblovesjoe I’m so sorry that happened! I felt the same way! I had a gut feeling it was a scam but the person sent me real photos of the Apple Watch. I contacted payp. and they told me they wouldn’t do anything because the money was sent through family and friends. Thankfully my credit card company did something about it.

goth Was it an Apple Watch series 2? Because before the person that scammed me deleted their posh account I took screen shots and contacted another girl through email that got scammed too. I think you’re right, I think it’s all the same person just using different avenues to scam people

chrysblovesjoe @goth yes it was and they also sent me real pics. I still have the text feed. Idk how much you paid but thy were asking $120 so I offered $80 and they accepted. Against my gut I paid it through the cash app and they ignored my text messages so I would call and they would then respond right away. I even asked for tracking number and what shipping company they would use. They told me UPS and they were shipping from Vegas but their phone number is from Atlanta.

chrysblovesjoe @goth My bank said they can’t do anything until the date I’m suppose to receive it comes since I did it through a 3rd party. But there is an acct that the funds went into and I want it investigated on who opened it and received he funds.

chrysblovesjoe @goth I’m sorry this happened to you. I have accepted that I’m probably going to have to pay full price or purchase from someone I know. But I don’t want to tell my husband I did something so stupid. He will be so upset with me and I’m already upset with myself.

goth @chrysblovesjoe @chrysblovesjoe my credit card company told me they investigated it and refunded it because the payp. Account or routing number or something was from Nigeria and I was told they were in California. The weird thing is I got a Facebook friend request after I sent the money from a guy that lived in Nigeria. I would think there’s a way for a bank to investigate the account it was sent too.

chrysblovesjoe @goth thank you. I’m going to contact the bank and inform them of this. I’m so tired of these scammers. I wish something serious could be done to them. It’s not about the money it’s really about the violation. I gave hem my home address to mail this package to me and I’m having nightmares that they come in and execute my family. I know that’s super drama but I’m sure it happens with greed.
