chuckdr @jujubean77 went to the post office yesterday to pick up but it wasn't available yet. went today and they had a pickup card in my box but they are unable to find the package. they assured me that I should have it on Monday. you can share this with the posh folks. sorry I didn't respond sooner but I am very busy at work.

jujubean77 @chuckdr its was a brown box about 14 inches tall and about 16 inches wide also what post office was it i may have to file a claim against them if they lost the package and I need to be able to cover the money that I am out also so if you can please give me that information if the box is not located

chuckdr @kaylor96 since your shipment required $18.15 postage due I had to refuse the shipment. The PO returned the package back your you. You should check with your local PO to pay the fees and retrieve your package. So sorry...

maxiandcompany Hi, I still have your dress here and poshmark says they haven't heard from you if you still want it? You can go into the order to contact poshmark support from there and I can resend it to you or a different address. Thanks!

chuckdr @maxiandcompany yes, we still want the dress. had gone to the post office several times to pick up but lines were very long (30-40 people) and with the pandemic were not willing to take a chance with infection. so yes, please ship. so sorry for the inconvenience, the po shouldn't have returned as we had a hold on all mail.

maxiandcompany @chuckdr if you go into the order you can contact poshmarl support from there. I emailed them back a couple of hours ago and haven't heard back yet- I'll let you know if I do!
