andrewschy02 @aubryanne10 hi, I’m really sorry to hear this! Can you elaborate on what you mean by costing your twice, the boots were also $12 so I don’t understand the $20 you’re referring to? As for the description, I tend to stick to pretty short ones that get directly to the point, can you point out what portion was incorrect (key descriptions were American eagle boots, size 8.5, comfy, brown, slightly above ankle).

andrewschy02 @aubryanne10 Again, I’m really sorry you’re upset about the situation, but unfortunately I cannot refund since I opt to not use cash apps and you had the opportunity to reject the sale if it was something you were unhappy with, however feedback regarding my description is definitely welcomed!

aubryanne10 @andrewschy02 thanks for getting back to me I did reject the sale and I am waiting to hear back from posh. The boots are said to be a size 8.5 but they are a size 9. No where in the discretion is there mention of a size 9, nor does it state that a size 8.5 fit is your opinion. I am typically an 8-8.5 and these are huge on me. The boots were $12 but $18 after shipping.

aubryanne10 @andrewschy02 I purchased them for an event that I now have to repurchase for Bc another online order will not come in time. So the incorrect listing ended up costing me twice. If you wish to stay on posh I can post the boots and you can purchase them back

andrewschy02 @aubryanne10 well I’m definitely sorry about that, I genuinely thought they were 8.5 since I typically wearing 8/8.5. So this is definitely on me. You can just reject the item and it should fully refund you as well as providing a shipping label, if you haven’t accepted the item then there should be no charge to you
