dive_studio Hi Ciara. I’m sorry to hear one of your jars arrived broken💔I would open a claim with poshmark. The flat rate postage should have insurance with the USPS and if they don’t for some reason I will refund you. Sorry for the trouble. Even packaging carefully and adding fragile stickers don’t always work. I worried when it said it would be arriving late that it was all over the place and more likely to be tossed around. Sure am sorry. Let me know what I can do to help. Thanks so much
