Hi! Was there something wrong with the UGGs? The photos showed them from all angles and I know the inside fur was very fluffy still. I accepted your offer for over 20% less than my asking price, and mailed them in person at the post office just about 1.5 hours later (shipping label created at 12:50pm and the post office accepted them at 2:29pm). They were mailed in the afternoon on 1/16 and delivered 1/18. I’m just wondering what else I could have done to improve?
