i saw you rated the moccasins i sent you and you commented about the ship time, i sent them in new year’s eve day hence why the shipping was a bit delayed. I’m sorry for that but i can not control when the postal service is open or closed. You always made a note about item description, can you let me know what you mean by that? Thanks.

@beeemwa I'm well aware that nobody can control whether or not the post office is open or closed. I placed the order on Dec 31st. I was notified on Jan 4th that the package was being processed by usps. I ordered another item from another seller on Jan 3rd on the 4th that package was being processed and I received both packages on Jan 6th. As far as item description it was as follows.. "ugg moccasin." I felt like more could have been stated about the item. I hope this helps. Thanks.
