lyrix4 I was just told by support that since I accepted the order thinking you'd give me an item replacement/refund, they cannot do anything about it. I informed you I'd take the refund and now u are not responding. Bad business... To imply ud make things right then I release money and then I'm ignored! I want a refund for the item I did not recieve!
